Phra Kring / Phra Chaiwat Nang Phaya, Wat Nang Phaya, Pitsanulok B.E.2514

In the year B.E.2514, Acharn Sawai Sumano, Wat Rajnadda was invited to consecrate a batch of amulets known as Phra Kring / Chaiwat in Wat Nang Phaya, Pitsanulok. This was the first time ever that Wat Nang Phaya created Phra Kring / Phra Chaiwat amulets. Acharn Sawai was invited to commission the project and lead the main chanting as he was a disciple in Wat Suthat and inherited Sangkaraj Pae's written instructions from Chao Khun Sri Sondh. The instructions contain the process and formula of making the highest quality Phra Kring amulets identical to Sangkaraj Pae's famous Phra Kring amulets.

When Acharn Sawai was alive, he was invited by many temples throughout Thailand to help assist and conduct the consecration of Phra Kring amulets as his knowledge was directly from the best lineage of monks who created Phra Kring amulets. All matters of coordination, timing, chanting, etc. will be handled by Acharn Sawai and his lay devotees supported all his ceremonies. Acharn Sawai prepared the highest quality Nur Nawak to for the material using Sangkaraj Pae's formula and the mould was produced by Chang Kasem Mongkhon Charoen, who was the No. 1 artisan and craftsman in Thailand with regards to Buddhist art.
