This batch of Nang Kwak amulets created in B.E.2514 was the first time Luang Phor Chaem consecrated Nang Kwak amulets.

There were 3 colours created:

  • Nur Phong See Khao (sacred powder, white colour)
  • Nur Phong See Dum (sacred powder, black colour)
  • Nur Phong See Daeng (sacred powder, red colour)

The shape of the amulet was created in a heart shape and hence was very popular among devotees and collectors especially among female devotees.

The quantity made was unrecorded and is believed to be very little due to the fact that it was created in the very early years of Luang Phor Chaem’s amulets history. This is the reason why it is rare to see this batch of amulets and is a collectible batch among Luang Phor Chaem’s amulets. Most pieces that are available are usually slightly damaged or chipped. The complete and original pieces are almost always never seen easily.

This piece shown is Nang Kwak Roon Raek, Nur Phong See Khao (white colour) with original lacquer (Kleurb Lacquer) from the temple in its original and unworn condition.
