In the year B.E.2521, Wat Pradoochimplee produced a batch of Phra Pidta amulets known as Phra Pidta Tukata, which was named this way as the amulet resembled a doll. The process was done by junior monks who helped pump out the amulets manually and the amulets were created in the style of statuettes.
There were 2 sizes created, Phim Yai (large size) and Phim Lek (small size) and their quantities and materials used are as follows:
Phim Yai
- Nur Phong Bailan, all pieces inserted with 1 thakrud in the base, made 6,000 pieces
Phim Lek
- Nur Phong Bailan, all pieces inserted with 1 thakrud in the base, made 10,809 pieces
- Nur Phong Kesorn, 1 thakrud inserted at the base, made 1,014 pieces
- Nur Phong Kesorn, no thakrud inserted at the base, made 3,108 pieces
All pieces were blessed by Luang Pu Toh and were distributed from the temple in B.E.2521. The unique style of this batch of Phra Pidta amulets made it popular among the devotees and are sought after due to the limited quantity produced.
